Meet Eduardo

Edu is a miniature Groodle and a therapy dog in training. He sometimes joins me in sessions as part of his ongoing socialisation and learning. He’s hypoallergenic, gentle, and very friendly.

Animals can bring a unique kind of comfort into a therapy room, helping to ease anxiety, create a sense of connection, and keep us grounded in the present moment. For many people, simply having a dog nearby makes it easier to open up, regulate emotions, or feel less alone when exploring difficult experiences. Edu does his best to support that process.

That said, I completely understand that not everyone feels comfortable around dogs. Your sense of safety in the therapy space is always the priority. If you’d prefer your sessions without Edu present, that’s absolutely okay, and you can let me know without further explanation. He is always happy to take a break (especially if it involves a nap).
